D'Arenberg Dead Arm Shiraz 2006

產區:McLaren Vale, South Australia

95 Points Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate - "d'Arenberg's flagship is the 2006 The Dead Arm Shiraz. Opaque purple-colored, the nose is reticent but gives up aromas of meat, bacon, game, truffles, blueberry, and blackberry. Firm, layered, and complex, this beautifully rendered Shiraz demands a decade of cellaring. It will be superb from 2018 to 2036. d'Arenberg has been owned and operated by the Osborn family since its inception in 1912. The portfolio, with a focus on the Rhone varieties, is wide ranging and value-oriented from top to bottom. The winery produces a bevy of value priced reds and whites that were reviewed in Issue 178. They should not be overlooked. At the higher end of the portfolio there is one white wine on which to report.

95 Points James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion - "The Dead Arm rarely fails to deliver an uncompromising essay on McLaren fruit; deeply concentrated with levels of dark chocolate, blackberry, nuances of florals and a freshness that belies its weight and power. Good value."

Altesino Brunello di Montalcino 2010

產區:Tuscany, Italy

品種:100% Sangiovese

95 points James Suckling (Dec 2014):  Wonderful decadent aromas of musk, orange peel and plum follow through to a full body, with soft tannins and a long and rich finish. Salty and savory. Layers of gorgeous fruit. Drink or hold.

93 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Feb 2015):  Altesino's 2010 Brunello di Montalcino stands proud among its peers. No other wine I tasted among the new releases in Montalcino achieves this unique level of aromatic finesse and distinction. The bouquet is almost purely floral in character with a strong emphasis on pressed rose petal, dried violets and potpourri. The fruit tones are less emphatic and include bright cherry and red currant. In the mouth, the wine's compressed texture is accented by fennel seed and licorice. the 2009 vintage had more power and heat, but this version shows elegant restraint. 93+ (ML)

93 points Wine Spectator (Jun 2015): Expressive aromas of eucalyptus, juniper and wild rosemary give way to sweet berry flavors, though the juniper, rosemary and emerging mint accents linger. This is like a walk in the woods, with a fresh, elegant frame. Best from 2017 through 2030.

Barbaresco Produttori del Barbaresco 2010

產區: Piedmont, Italy
品種: 100% Nebbiolo

92 points James Suckling (April 2014):

Beautiful aromas of white truffles, plums and berries. HInts of spices. Full to medium body with fine tannins and beautiful licorice, berry and fennel seed. Very pretty length. Drinkable now but better in 2015.

91 points Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar (December 2013):

(as the Produttori has declassified its crus in 2010, there will be 28,000 cases of this blend): Tangy cherry and raspberry aromas are lifted by flowers and mint on the cool, inviting nose. Silky-sweet and floral, with lovely inner-mouth juiciness to its red berry flavors. Owing to the wine's moderate body and flesh, the tannins show a slightly dryness but the long, juicy finish offers enticing floral perfume. A lovely, sharply delineated Barbaresco at a very reasonable price.

Barbaresco Riserva Muncagota, Produttori del Barbaresco 2011
產區:Piedmont, Italy (DOCG)
品種:100% Nebbiolo

95 Points Wine Spectator - "All about finesse, elegance and a silky texture. Cherry, eucalyptus, licorice and spice flavors permeate the vibrant frame. The balance suggests you could enjoy this now, but there is a firm underlying structure. The terrific finish echoes the fruit and ups the ante with a chalky, minerally vein. Best from 2018 through 2032."

Barbaresco Riserva Pora, Produttori del Barbaresco 2008

產區:Barbaresco, Piedmont, Italy

品種: 100% Nebbiolo

95 Points Antonio Galloni, Wine Advocate (203), October 2012:

Playing true to type, the 2008 Barbaresco Riserva Pora is another of the more open wines in this vintage. But that is only in relative terms. Layers of expressive red fruit, crushed flowers and spices flesh out in this radiant Barbaresco. In most vintages the Pora is one of the more accessible of the Riservas when young. The close proximity of the vineyard to the Tanaro River results in a warm microclimate that ripens the fruit earlier than elsewhere. In 2008, though, the Pora packs a serious punch. The coolness of the late harvest comes through in a finish laced with considerable tension and minerality. This is easily one of the very best Poras I have ever tasted from the Produttori. Anticipated maturity: 2018-2048.

Barbera d'Alba "Ceretto" Roberto Voerzio 2013

產區:Alba, Piedmont, Italy

品種:100% Barbera

90 points Antonio Galloni: The 2013 Barbera d'Alba Cerreto is absolutely delicious, and another reminder of just how special this vintage is for Barbera. In 2013, the Cerreto is a bit brighter than it usually is, with plenty of supporting acidity and fabulous overall balance.

Biondi Santi Tenuta Greppo Annata Brunello di Montalcino 2011

93 Points Points, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, February 2016:

The 2011 Brunello di Montalcino Annata is silky, soft and open-knit, especially within the context of what has been the norm at Biondi Santi for the last few decades. Freshly cut flowers, red berries and mint all open up in the glass, but it is the wine's decidedly mid-weight structure that truly stands out. The 2011 is a very rare young Biondi Santi that will drink well pretty much upon release, as shocked as I myself am to write those words. The bright red cherry, raspberry and floral overtones have an almost Nebbiolo-sense of brightness. Drink 2017-2031

93 Points Monica Larner, Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate Feb 2016:

Jacopo Biondi Santi was already making wine at Il Greppo when the 2011 Brunello di Montalcino Annata was produced. His father, Franco Biondi Santi, would pass away in 2013 at the age of 91. The winemaking approach is unchanged despite the father to son transition. This wine shows extra richness and texture with focused fruit aromas that are graceful but also powerful. There are hints of ripe fruit with dried cherry and prune buried deep within the bouquet. In the mouth, this Brunello shows good structure and acidity with a slightly denser feel compared to past vintages.

CastelGiocondo Brunello di Montalcino 2009

產區:Tuscany, Italy
品種:100% Sangiovese

94 points James Suckling - "Wonderful depth and richness to this wine for 2009. It's full-bodied, with a clean, polished tannin texture and a long, long finish. Last for minutes on the palate. A triumph for the vintage."

91 points Vinous / Antonio Galloni - "Ripe, juicy and explosive on the palate, the 2009 captures many of the best qualities of the year. Sweet red cherries, flowers, spices and tobacco burst from the glass. All the elements are in gorgeous balance in a soft, supple Brunello with tons of near and medium-term appeal. This is a strong showing from Frescobaldi."

Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu Billed-Simon 2012

100% Chardonnay from Chablis, Burgundy, France

92 Points Burghound.com - "Here the nose is less expressive but also carries a trace of exotic fruit character on the spicy dried yellow fruit suffused nose. The supple broad-shouldered flavors retain a reasonably good sense of detail before culminating in a superbly long, dry and complex finish that delivers outstanding intensity. This is excellent and very Mont de Milieu. "

91 Points Vinous / Antonio Galloni - "The 2012 Chablis Mont de Milieu is another wine that is quite intense and inward, with less of its characteristic early appeal on display. Bright citrus and mineral notes abound in a tightly-wound Chablis that needs bottle age."

Chambolle Musigny Domaine Arnoux Lachaux 2014 (AM88-91)

This wine is the result of a blend of five different blocks all located at the top of Chambolle’s slopes. They have of a north-east exposition which allows them to benefit from nice sunshine. The soil is made of clay and limestone and is very rocky, which confers to the wine this mineral caracteristic of the appellation. The average age of the vines here is 45 years old. Global size : 1 ha 85 .

88-91 points Allen Meadows, Burghound.com (61), January 2016:

This is at once more elegant and spicier as well with its pretty combination of red currant, cherry, lavender and sandalwood hints. There is a sleek and lacy mouth feel to the refined middle weight flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the balanced, delicious and persistent finale. This is very Chambolle in style. Chateau Certan Marzelle Pomerol 2006

品種:100% Merlot

Château Certan-Marzelle combines, in a unique way, both tradition and modernism. Sharing its denomination with Vieux Château Certan and Château Certan de May, the property was originally part of Château Certan Giraud.

Unlike its mythical neighbors, Château Certan Marzelle is planted with 100% Merlot, and its 20 year-old vines produce wines with great softness and charm. This wine is to be enjoyed in its youth as well as after a few years of aging.

89 points The Wine Advocate:

Another tightly knit wine, despite the fact it is made from 100% Merlot and was showing an opulent, flamboyant character from barrel, this wine now displays excellent density, sweet black cherry fruit intermixed with pain grille, hints of crushed rock, and a distinct earthiness. There is plenty of density, but the wine exhibits relatively high tannins in the finish and seems to be going through an extremely closed state. Give it 3-4 years and drink it over the following 15.

Chateau Chasse-Spleen 1999 忘憂堡

Did Lord Byron give this name to the château, swearing that there was nothing like it for "chasser le spleen" (getting rid of the blues)? Or was it Charles Baudelaire, who is said to have come to Moulis in the 1860s because the artist Odilon Redon, who illustrated Les Fleurs du Mal, lived near the estate? Not included in the 1855 Classification, the château was listed as a Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel in 1932, and confirmed in 2003 in recognition of its excellent quality. Bernadette Villars took over managing the estate in 1976, followed by her elder daughter, Claire, from 1992 to 1999, and her younger daughter, Céline, since 2000. Chasse-Spleen is an extraordinary wine, it is a shining example of the best its appellation can produce. The wine is deep in colour and has a concentrated, powerful bouquet. It is full-bodied on the palate, with a strong personality. An eminently attractive wine

From the Villars family, the 2012 Chasse-Spleen has a saturated ruby/purple color and chunky, medium-bodied flavors of cassis, earth and spice, It cuts a somewhat powerful personality across the palate and finishes with moderate tannin. Chateau d'Armailhac 2012 波爾多五級莊

91 Points Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (218), April 2015:

Part of the empire of the Chateau Mouton Rothschild, this estate was once known as Mouton Baronne Philippe. This impressive, deep, opaque ruby/purple wine, with loads of charcoal, crème de cassis and a flowery-ness, this is rich, medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured, quite pure, and avoids any of the astringency or hollowness that some Médocs possess in this vintage. The wine is complete and finishes authoritatively. The tannins are there, but ripe, integrated and velvety. This is a very impressive d’Armailhac to drink over the next 20-25 years. Drink: 2015 - 2040.

92 Points Antonio Galloni, vinous.com, January 2016:

A very pretty wine for the year, the 2012 d'Armailhac is plush, open and seductive. Dark red cherry, tobacco, wild herbs, smoke, leather and game are all pushed forward in a pliant, supple Pauillac that is already quite open and expressive. Dark red cherry, plum, tobacco, smoke and licorice meld into the pliant finish, all with sweet floral overtones that add to the wine's considerable appeal. Drink 2017-2032.

17 Points Jancis Robinson MW, JancisRobinson.com, April 2013:

Heady and fragrant. No trace of underripeness on the nose but a slight lack of generosity on the palate. Peppery! (Unusual.) Dry and neat but not scrawny. Lots of complexity and pleasure with the bracing signature of the vintage only on the very end. This has some St-Estèphe minerally notes on the finish. An attractive whole with a cool, confident finish.

93 Points Antonio Galloni, vinous.com, February 2017:

The 2014 d'Armailhac is bright, precise and finely sculpted. Expressive red stone fruit, flowers, mint, chalk and citrus abound in this vibrant, beautifully delineated Pauillac. Open-knit and expressive, with good depth and silky tannins, the wine exudes class. The fresh, invigorating style is classic 2014. This is a lovely showing. Tasted two times.

Chateau du Tertre 2011 波爾多五級莊

90 Points James Suckling, JamesSuckling.com, February 2014:

A wine that has pretty density of fruit, with lots of dried-berry and currant character. Medium to full body with fine tannins and a fresh finish. A little tight now. This year has more cabernet franc at 20%, along with 60% cabernet sauvignon, 10% merlot and 10% petit verdot. Better in 2017.

91 Points Tim Atkin MW, timatkin.com, April 2012:

Despite the high percentage of Petit Verdot, which often brings firmness to a blend, this is a very attractive, easy-drinking Margaux with a hint of reduction, elegant, coffee bean oak, a touch of spice and appealing freshness. 6+ years.

88 Points Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (212), May 2014:

A seductive 2011, Du Tertre exhibits a dense purple color along with an attractive, fragrant, flowery nose of red and black fruits, licorice and a touch of earth. With good texture, medium body, an excellent finish, and no hard edges, it can be enjoyed over the next 10-15 years.

Chateau Fleur Cardinale 2011 (RP93)

93 points ROBERT PARKER, THE WINE ADVOCATE (May 2014)

This gorgeous 2011 continues the succession of impressive wines made by this estate since it was acquired by the Decoster family. Beautiful black raspberry, blueberry and black currant fruit notes intermixed with a touch of spring flowers emerge from a wine with excellent balance, nicely integrated acidity, tannin, alcohol and wood, and a healthy saturated ruby/purple color. This full-bodied, long, captivating Fleur Cardinale is already drinking well, and should continue to do so for 10-12 years. It is a sleeper of the vintage.

16/20 JANCIS ROBINSON:

Black-hearted crimson. Very ripe there’s even a touch of strawberry sweetness to the black fruit. Firm, thick tannins, not dry but quite hard work and slightly bitter on the finish. Drink 2016-2024

90-93 points James Molesworth, Wine Spectator (April 2012):

A ripe, fleshy style, with lots of fig and mulled blackberry and blueberry fruit. Good toast and ganache notes thread this together, with a muscular feel on the finish. An overt style, but well done.

Chateau Fleur Cardinale 2012 (WA93/AG93)

93 points The Wine Advocate:

The flagship wine from the Decoster family, this blend of 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon has been a hugely successful wine since they acquired this 58-acre estate and revolutionized the level of quality. This is consistently one of the best St.-Emilions and over-achieving for its classification. The 2012 has pure, striking aromatics of blueberry, black raspberry, minerals and flowers. Medium to full-bodied, ripe and multi-dimensional, with a beautiful texture, this is stunning wine that completely dominates its classification and over-delivers in terms of quality and potential longevity. It should drink well for 15 or more years. Yields were a modest 34 hectoliters per hectare from an unusually late harvest – October 22 to November 2.

93 points Antonio Galloni:

The 2012 Fleur Cardinale is a beautiful example of modern Saint-Emilion. Silky tannins and soft contours wrap around a core of red cherry jam, wild flowers, mint, cinnamon and white pepper. Dramatic and expansive on the palate, the 2012 shows remarkable nuance for such an intense wine. All the elements fall into place effortlessly.

Chateau Gloria 2011

90 Points Wine Spectator - "Mouthfilling, offering a fleshy, briary feel to the plum sauce, steeped currant and blackberry notes, with extra anise, tar and fruitcake details pumping through the finish. Lacks a little refinement in terms of structure, but this offers solid range and depth. Best from 2016 through 2024. Tasted twice, with consistent notes"

90 Points Wine Enthusiast - "This is an open, juicy wine with attractive fruit framed by firm but tamed tannins. The wine has a feeling of lightness, with black currant flavors that are lifted and fresh. This is a wine for medium-term aging. Drink from 2015. "

88 Points Wine Advocate :
An excellent effort, the 2011 Gloria continues the success this well-known property has enjoyed over the last several decades. A delicious concoction of red and black fruits, spice box, and earth as well as a silky textured, medium-bodied style emerge from this is an undeniable sleeper of the vintage. 90 points Neal Martin's Wine Journal (Jan 2012)

"It has a light but well defined bouquet with notes of redcurrant, boysenberry, mint leaf and cedar with good intensity and vigour. It reminds more of Las-Cases ’81 in some ways. The palate is medium-bodied with a dry, quite savoury entry, powdery and slightly edgy tannins. The fruit appears to be fading although the secondary flavours and compensating with touches of Chinese 5-spice, orange zest, dried blood and sandalwood. Classic old skool St-Julien towards the finish that has moderate length."

91 points Wine Spectator (Oct 1994) : Polished, big, dark-colored, with rich and opulent aromas and flavors and loads of tobacco, cedary and berry character.

Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Oct 1989): A top success for the vintage, the 1981 Gruaud-Larose is dark ruby, with a full-intensity bouquet of ripe black currants, spicy oak, plums, leather, smoked meat, and violets. This wine is concentrated on the palate, with rich, tannic, lingering flavors.

Chateau Haut Batailley 2011 波爾多五級莊

92 Points James Suckling, JamesSuckling.com, February 2014:

A wine with extremely integrated fruit-tannin balance, with berry, currant and mineral character. It's so polished and pretty. Full body, juicy fruit and a fresh finish. Needs five to six years of age to soften.

89 Points Neal Martin, Wine Advocate (231), June 2017:

Tasted at a vertical tasting at the château. The 2011 Haut Batailley has an open and expressive bouquet with blackberry and crushed stone—not as vibrant or displaying the same contrast as the 2012, but that powdered stone develops nicely in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin and satisfying fruit concentration. This is a more elegant Haut-Batailley, without the weight and concentration of the previous two vintages, but offering finesse and composure on the finish. You could actually drink this now, but it will give another 15-18 years of pleasure. Tasted July 2016.
Drink Date 2018 - 2035

88 Points Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (212), May 2014:

Haut-Batailley always seems to represent a synthesis in style between St.-Julien and Pauillac. The silky 2011 possesses dark red and black fruits, medium body, good purity and texture, and reasonable depth. It is not a big wine, but is a well-made effort to drink over the next 10-15 years.

Chateau La Dominique 2006 波爾多右岸列級

A predominantly Merlot blend, complimented with Cabernet Franc and a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged entirely in oak barrels, of which, 50-70% are new for 15-18 months.

90 Points The Wine Advocate:

After several listless performances from this superb terroir near Cheval Blanc and the Pomerol border, La Dominique's 2006 exhibits a dense purple color and a sweet nose of licorice, nori (the seaweed wrapper used in sushi restaurants), raspberry, and kirsch. Full, with a certain flamboyance, ripe tannins, and a layered, long finish, this is a terrific La Dominique to drink over the next 12-14 years.

89 Points International Wine Cellar:

Full ruby-red. Aromas of black plum, molten chocolate, mocha and licorice show a slightly liqueur-like aspect. Creamy-sweet and lush, with a generous texture to the black cherry, violet and bitter chocolate flavors. Finishes sweet and smoothly tannic but with good backbone. This is the first vintage to be vinified by Jean-Luc Thunevin.

Chateau La Tour Carnet 2006

分級: 波爾多列級4級莊

品種 : 50%Merlot, 40% Cab Sauv.,

91 points Wine Advocate - "A fabulous sleeper of the vintage, this estate, which has made a succession of brilliant wines under the administration of Bordeaux's visionary Bernard Magrez, has turned out another terrific effort. A blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, this wine exhibits a sensational smorgasbord of aromas ranging from red and black fruits to toasty oak to licorice, high quality cigar tobacco, and spice box. Flavorful and full-bodied, with rich fruit, moderate but sweet tannin, and a long, pure finish, this is a dazzling effort in 2006 that should hit its adolescent stage in about 4-5 years and last for two decades. Excellent value"

90 points Wine Spectator - "A rich, dark red, with cooked plum and licorice aromas. Full-bodied and long, with lots of fruit and velvety tannins. Impressive for the vintage. Best after 2012. 21,870 cases made."

Chateau La Tour Carnet 2011 波爾多四級莊正牌

品種: 57% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot

90 Points The Wine Advocate:

From Bordeaux visionary Bernard Magrez, this blend of 57% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Cabernet Franc and the rest Petit Verdot comes from one of the most ancient fortified chateaux of the Medoc (constructed in 1120 A.D.). Its dense ruby/purple color is followed by hints of graphite, black currants, spice box and charcoal. This medium-bodied 2011 reveals excellent to outstanding concentration, sweet tannin and a long finish. A sleeper of the vintage, it is a beautiful effort from this challenging vintage. Moreover, it will evolve for 15 or more years.

90 Points Wine Spectator:

A modern approach, with roasted vanilla bean and anise notes leading the way for plum sauce and warm currant confiture flavors. A little firm wood still shows on the finish, but good material here.
