CHÂTEAU DE BEAUCASTEL Coudoulet Rouge 2012
CHÂTEAU DE BEAUCASTEL Coudoulet Rouge 2012
產區：Cotes du Rhone
品種：40% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault.
評分： 89 points Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate, 2014-10-31 A juicy, forward and textured example of this cuvee (especially when tasted next to the 2013), the 2012 Coudoulet de Beucastel Côtes du Rhône has juicy blueberry, garrigue and lavender notes to go with a fleshy, medium to full-bodied feel on the palate. Soft, with low acidity and a hard-to-resist feel, it has just enough tannic grip to keep it years.
90-92 points Josh Raynolds, International Wine Cellar Youthful purple. Spicy, highly perfumed dark berry and Indian spice scents show very good clarity and pick up a smoky nuance with air. Densely packed but lithe too, with juicy black and blue fruit flavors and a touch of lavender adding lift. Dusty tannins shape the finish, which clings with impressive tenacity and subtle spiciness. According to Marc Perrin, the vines that provide the fruit for this wine are now over 80 years old.
Chateau de Saint Cosme Gigondas 2003
Chateau de Saint Cosme Gigondas
2003 產區： Gigondas, Southern Rhone
品種： 80% Grenache,15% Syrah and 5% Cinsault.
評分： 89 points Robert Parker: Gigondas is the flagship wine from Chateau Saint Cosme. The soft, round 2003 Gigondas is a sexy,full-throttle effort, revealing plenty of black fruits, licorice, smoke, and earth. It is ideal for drinking over the next 7-8 years. 91 points Stephen Tanzer: St.Cosme's (pronounced comb) Gigondas displays superb fruit between its ripe spicy grapiness and tannin structure. The blend consists roughly of 80% Grenache,15% Syrah and 5% Cinsault. The Grenache gives fat fleshy fruit, the Syrah gives dark color, grip, spice and black fruit;whilst the Cinsault gives perfume. This excellent, well constituted wine will warm your bones.
Chateau Fortia Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Cuvee de Baron 2015 WS92/WA92/JD92
Chateau Fortia Chateauneuf-du-pape Cuvee de Baron 2015
Château Fortia is not a winery that chases good press on a whim. These are consistent, classic wines that faithfully represent the region’s terroir year after year. The Cuvée du Baron, which combines 45% Syrah with 40% Grenache, and 15% Mourvedre, was created in the memory of the Domaine’s founder, Baron Le Roy de Boiseaumarie. The wine was first released in 2001.
The wine went through a long, cool fermentation in small lots by varietal, then aged 18 months in old oak foudres prior to bottling. Deep garnet-purple in colour, this is a wine with a dense, complex nose and notes of plum and cassis and garrigue on a medium-bodied palate.
92 pts Wine Spectator:
This has a solid, juicy core of bright cassis, cherry preserves and bergamot, backed by juicy and finely beaded acidity. Light floral incense and dried star anise notes flitter through the background. A light mineral edge guides the finish. Drink now through 2030.
92 pts Wine Advocate:
Cherries and spice mingle easily on the nose of the 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee du Baron, a blend of 45% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 15% Mourvèdre matured in foudre. This full-bodied wine is rich and velvety in texture, with a long, lush, slightly warm finish. It should drink well for up to a decade.
92 pts Jeb Dunnuck :
The two 2015s start with the 2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée du Baron (no tradition cuvée was presented) and it's a blend of 45% Syrah, 40% Grenache and the rest Mourvèdre brought up all in foudre. Ripe black cherries, framboise, pepper, and garrigue all flow to a nicely balanced, tannic 2015 that has nicely integrated acidity and a solid finish. This is an old-school, classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape that's best forgotten for 3-4 years, and enjoyed over the following decade.

Domaine de la Mordoree Lirac Cuvee La Reine des Bois 2009
Domaine de la Mordoree Lirac Rouge Cuvee de la Reine des Bois 2009
產區： LIRAC, Rhone
品種： Syrah 45% , Mourvedre 30%, Grenache 25%
RP 92 (Oct 2011) : "Domaine de la Mordoree remains the reference point for how good Lirac can be. It is an appellation with tremendous potential, and a number of Chateauneuf du Pape estates are buying up vineyards in the appellation. The 2009 Lirac Cuvee de la Reine des Bois is another star from Christophe Delorme. Loads of kirsch, black currant and crushed rock notes along with a hint of spring flowers are all present in this dense purple, medium to full-bodied, delicious wine, which should drink nicely for 7-8 years."
WS 91 (Jun 2011): "Ripe but very pure, exhibiting a beautiful mix of damson plum, linzer torte and blackberry fruit all laced with alluring notes of black tea and iron. This is supple on the finish, but with latent length. Should be a good, short-term ager. Seems less reliant on flashy toast than previous vintages. Drink now through 2012."
Domaine du Pegau Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Cuvee Reservee 2014 WS93/WA92/JS91
Domaine du Pegau Chateauneuf-du-Pape Cuvee Reservee 2014
*93 pts Wine Spectator:*
A gutsy style, with a frame of brick dust around a core of steeped cherry, plum and blackberry fruit. The back end pulls in dried sage, savory and tobacco notes. The finish lingers over a singed chestnut hint. Rock-solid and unabashedly old-school. Best from 2020 through 2030.
*91 pts James Suckling:*
A wild, rustic edge to this assertive and punchy fruit-driven Châteauneuf-du-Pape. A smooth black cherry and blood plum-flavored palate. Appealing tangy freshness to close. The rusticity denotes drink now or as a much older wine.
John Duval Plexus SGM 2014 Wine Spectator 2016 Top 100 rank 34
John Duval Plexus SGM 2014 #34 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2016 The Shiraz was sourced from old vineyards in the Tanunda, Krondorf and Ebenezer districts, Grenache from the Tanunda and Ebenezer region, and Mourvèdre from the Light Pass region. A true reflection of Barossa’s soil and climate, Plexus expresses complex aromas and flavors combining red and dark fruits with savory notes. The palate is framed by youthful fine tannins and subtle savory French oak adds structure and complexity. 93 Points Wine Spectator: "A sophisticated, spicy mix of date bread, cherry compote and clove flavors. Plump and velvety, with persistence and harmony on the finish. Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Drink now through 2026." 92 Points The Wine Advocate: "Medium garnet-purple colored, the 2014 Plexus (a Shiraz, Grenache. Mourvèdre blend) is a little youthfully reticent, offering glimpses at black raspberry and mulberry aromas plus licorice, cracked black pepper, earth and lavender. Medium to full-bodied and still very primary in the mouth, it has a great intensity of red and black fruit flavors supported by ripe, rounded tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and spicy."
