Chateau Beychevelle 1996 波爾多四級莊 (JR17)
Chateau Beychevelle 1996
產區：Saint-Julien, Bordeaux, France
Jancis Robinson 17/20 (Feb 2011):
Developed rim on ruby. Scented and full of minerals. Rather straight backed and upright. Lovely sweetness and delicacy with the tannins completely retreated. Not sickly sweet like some of the more made-up Margaux but a great classic claret that is only medium, even quite lightweight and finishes dry. This doesn’t have that much more to give but it is utterly charming.

Chateau Gruaud Larose 1981 波爾多二級莊，36年風華正茂
Chateau Gruaud Larose 1981
63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, 3% petit Verdot.
90 points Neal Martin's Wine Journal (Jan 2012)
"It has a light but well defined bouquet with notes of redcurrant, boysenberry, mint leaf and cedar with good intensity and vigour. It reminds more of Las-Cases ’81 in some ways. The palate is medium-bodied with a dry, quite savoury entry, powdery and slightly edgy tannins. The fruit appears to be fading although the secondary flavours and compensating with touches of Chinese 5-spice, orange zest, dried blood and sandalwood. Classic old skool St-Julien towards the finish that has moderate length."
91 points Wine Spectator (Oct 1994) : Polished, big, dark-colored, with rich and opulent aromas and flavors and loads of tobacco, cedary and berry character.
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (Oct 1989): A top success for the vintage, the 1981 Gruaud-Larose is dark ruby, with a full-intensity bouquet of ripe black currants, spicy oak, plums, leather, smoked meat, and violets. This wine is concentrated on the palate, with rich, tannic, lingering flavors.

Chateau Leoville Barton 1993 波爾多二級莊
Chateau Leoville Barton 1993
88-90 Robert Parker :
Without much fanfare, Leoville-Barton continues to turn out textbook Medocs of great style, aging potential, and richness. Of utmost interest, these wines are priced among the most sensible of all the finest classified growths. No doubt the proprietor, Anthony Barton, has a healthy ego, but it is not reflected in his pro-consumer pricing policy. In the last three difficult vintages, Leoville-Barton has produced one of the most successful 1991s, a delicious 1992, and an authoritatively-flavored, powerful yet elegant 1993. The latter wine is potentially the best Leoville-Barton of the last three years. Medium to full-bodied, with excellent purity, a classic nose of cedar, cassis, spice, and oak, and admirable concentration, this beautifully balanced, rich, stylish wine requires 4-6 years of cellaring; it will keep for two decades. Impressive!
Chateau Leoville Poyferre 2006 二級莊
Chateau Leoville Poyferre 2006 二級莊
92 Points Neal Martin, RobertParker.com, May 2016:
The 2006 Château Léoville Poyferré has one of the most harmonious and complete bouquets from Saint Julien: very well-defined blackberry, briary and chalky scents, real focus and delivery here. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, ripe tannin matched with well-judged acidity. Like the 2006 Léoville-Barton, it is stubborn and backward, but there is clearly harmony and focus on the finish, the new oak deftly assimilated in the fabric of the wine. This is a lovely wine from Didier Cuvelier.
91 Points Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (181), February 2009:
Dense ruby/purple, with sweet blackberry and black currant fruit with hints of smoke, espresso roast, and new saddle leather, this is another impressively endowed but tannic, backward style of wine. The concentration, brightness, and depth are all present, but I can-t see it being even approachable in less than 5-7 years. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2028.
93 points Wine & Spirits, December 2009:
Poyferré produced a shimmering, polished cabernet in 2006, supple and more harmonious than many in the Médoc. Rich new oak lends the wine opulence and darkens the graphite mineral character of the tannins with an espresso-roast blackness. The fruit has dimension, balanced between plump blueberry and a more restrained vegetal note. Satisfying and delicious as a young wine, this should age with grace.
Chateau Moulin Riche 2012 波爾多二級莊副牌
Chateau Moulin Riche 2012
產區 : Saint Julien, Bordeaux
品種 : 69% Cab Sau, 20% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc
Owned and managed by the team at Léoville Poyferré, Moulin Riche always offers excellent value for money and seems likely to do so again in this vintage. Immediately fresh and vibrant, this is a very pure style. With dark berry fruit, some smoky character and crushed stone structure to the tannins and a vein of acidity that gives this an almost-linear tautness, this is quite a grown-up wine in this vintage.
Chateau Talbot 1994 波爾多四級莊
Chateau Talbot 1994
This imposing estate owes its name to Connetable Talbot, the English general and governor of the province of Guyenne who was defeated at the famous Battle of Castillon in 1453.
Talbot's vines grow in an ideal location bordering an estuary, on some of the region's most highly prized gravel rises which alone produce great wine. Talbot is one of the oldest estates in the Medoc, and its reputation has been in the hands of experienced managers, and always shown itself to be worthy of its inclusion in the 1855 classification.
Owners of Talbot since the early 20th century, the Cordier family have perpetuation the commitment to quality of their predecessors. At Talbot, wine is very much past, present, and future. Therefore, tradition and technical innovations both count a great deal.

Croix de Beaucaillou 2005
波爾多2級莊 寶嘉龍副牌 RP91/WS91/JS91/JR17
91 pts Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (176), April 2008:
The second wine, the sensational 2005 Croix de Beaucaillou, is the finest example of this cuvee I have ever tasted. Sweet black raspberry and black cherry fruit aromas soar from the glass of this open-knit seductress. A dense ruby/purple color, beautiful full-bodied, lush, expansive flavors, low acidity, and sweet tannin suggest this lovely cuvee should be drunk over the next 12-13 years. It is an amazing sleeper of the vintage!
Ducru Beaucaillou 2011 波爾多2級莊
Ch. Ducru Beaucaillou 2011
92+ Points Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (212), May 2014:
The 2011 Ducru Beaucaillou (which normally represents 1/3 to ½ of the entire crop) possesses a dense ruby/purple color along with a beautiful nose of sweet creme de cassis, crushed rock and spring flower aromas. This rich, medium to full-bodied St.-Julien is among the most concentrated wines of the Medoc. Moderate tannin is sweet and well-integrated. This beauty will benefit from 3-5 years of cellaring and keep for two decades. Drink 2017 - 2037.
95 Points Tim Atkin MW, timatkin.com, April 2012:
This isn't quite as good as the 2010 and 2009 Ducrus, but it's not far behind: a concentrated, yet very polished St Julien from the lowest yields ever at the château. Sweet and intense, with hauntingly floral aromas, notes of cassis, plums and currant, fresh acidity and rich, yet silky tannins leading to a bright, refreshing finish. Powerful yet restrained, this is a keeper. 15+ years.
93 Points James Suckling, JamesSuckling.com, February 2014:
This sweet white is quite oily, with dried-pineapple and mango character. It's full-bodied, very sweet and juicy on finish. Thick and rich. Drink now or hold.
La Croix de Beaucaillou 2011
La Croix de Beaucaillou 2011
品種：80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot
91 Points James Suckling, JamesSuckling.com, February 2014: This is juicy and fruity with mineral and currant character. It's full-bodied with silky tannins and a fresh finish. Structured. Second wine of Ducru. Try in 2017.
92 Points Wine Enthusiast - "No longer a second wine of Ducru Beaucaillou but a growth in its own right, this is a powerful wine, very dense and muscular. Rich berry fruits push through the firm structure to give a wine that will become opulent as it develops. Drink from 2018."
91 Points International Wine Cellar - "Inky ruby. Laid-back aromas of dark berries, black cherry and herbs, with a subtle note of violet. Clean and bright in the mouth, with taut blackcurrant and dark cherry flavors picking up sweetness with air. The flinty black cherry note repeats on the finish, which features a subtle floral pastille quality and very good persistence. I like this wine's understated character, but I wish it had a little more flesh and sweetness for an even higher score."
88 Points Robert Parker, Wine Advocate (212), April 2014:
The selection process under proprietor Bruno Borie is so severe at Ducru Beaucaillou that readers should be giving serious attention to the second wine, Croix de Beaucaillou, which sports a dramatic black and gold label. The 2011 exhibits attractive black currant and black cherry fruit, medium body, silky tannins and a lush, round, up-front appeal. Enjoy it over the next decade.
Pavillon de Leoville Poyferre 2010 波爾多2級莊 波菲副牌
Pavillon de Leoville Poyferre 2010
品種 : Cab Sauv., Merlot
Sarget de Graut Larose 2008 波爾多2級莊 金玫瑰副牌
Sarget de Gruaud Larose 2008 二級莊金玫瑰副牌
產區 : Saint Julien, Bordeaux
品種 : 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% merlot, 5% cabernet franc, 5% petit verdot
89 Points Wine Spectator :
Ripe and smoky, featuring a bacony edge weaving in and out of notes of espresso, mulled currant, braised fig and bittersweet cocoa. This is still tight on the finish, with a dusty edge holding sway. 2nd wine of 2nd growth Chateau Gruaud Larose. Sarget de Gruaud Larose shows all the hallmarks of the great St-Julien wine, but with a fruitiness that makes it more approachable when young. The 2008 is nevertheless a robust wine, with both ripeness and a savoury edge, with a cocoa bitterness, notes of woodsmoke and textural tannins. Drink now or keep until 2018.
Sarget de Gruaud Larose 2009 波爾多2級莊 金玫瑰副牌 WE94/NM88-90/WS89
Sarget de Gruaud Larose 2009
94 pts Wine Enthusiast:
93-95 Barrel sample. Vanilla new wood aromas, followed by sweet wood and sweet fruit. There is certainly enough weight here, with ripe, smooth texture and fresh blackcurrants.
88-90 pts Neal Martin :
Tasted at the chateau. A blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 7% Petit Verdot. This is just a little lean on the nose considering the vintage. Touches of iodine and black olive tapenade inflecting the black fruits with a hint of boysenberry developing with time in the glass. Gaining some weight and intensity with each swirl. The palate is medium-bodied, well balanced with firm, ripe tannins, good weight towards the Cabernet dominated finish that has an insistent grip, touches of spice towards the finish. This is a very promising Sarget. Tasted March 2010.
89 pts Wine Spectator:
This has a nice beefy edge, offering roasted fig, plum and warm tobacco leaf notes, with bittersweet cocoa inlaid on the slightly gutsy finish. On the rustic side, but solid and winey. This second wine is also released under the Larose de Gruaud label. Best from 2013 through 2020. -JM
