CHÂTEAU DE BEAUCASTEL Coudoulet Rouge 2012
產區:Cotes du Rhone
品種:40% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault.

評分: 89 points Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate, 2014-10-31 A juicy, forward and textured example of this cuvee (especially when tasted next to the 2013), the 2012 Coudoulet de Beucastel Côtes du Rhône has juicy blueberry, garrigue and lavender notes to go with a fleshy, medium to full-bodied feel on the palate. Soft, with low acidity and a hard-to-resist feel, it has just enough tannic grip to keep it years.

90-92 points Josh Raynolds, International Wine Cellar Youthful purple. Spicy, highly perfumed dark berry and Indian spice scents show very good clarity and pick up a smoky nuance with air. Densely packed but lithe too, with juicy black and blue fruit flavors and a touch of lavender adding lift. Dusty tannins shape the finish, which clings with impressive tenacity and subtle spiciness. According to Marc Perrin, the vines that provide the fruit for this wine are now over 80 years old.

Chateau de Saint Cosme Gigondas 2007

產區: Gigondas, Southern Rhone

品種: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault

評分: 93 points Robert Parker: "The 2007 Gigondas possesses a dense purple color in addition to a stunning bouquet of charcoal, blueberry and blackberry liqueur, acacia flowers, and a hint of chalk. Full-bodied with terrific fruit intensity, a layered texture, gorgeous freshness, and acids that provide a well-defined personality to this blockbuster Gigondas. Despite its size, substance, and depth, the overall impression is one of sublime elegance and purity. Enjoy it over the next 10-12 years."

93 points Wine Spectator: "Ripe and very suave, with gorgeous toast and Black Forest cake aromas leading the way for mulled fig, boysenberry and kirsch flavors. The long, rich finish is well-detailed, with blazing minerality stretching it out. Drink now through 2020."

Chateau Pesquie Artemia 2005

A 50:50 blend of high-altitude old Grenache and Syrah at 400 m on old galets. Nose : A very aromatic nose with grilled and black berries note and a nice minerality. Mouth : The very balanced mouth associates fruit and power of syrah and the richness, the unctuousness and the spices from old grenache.

Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Speciale, Tardieu-Laurent 2004

93 points Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate (211), February 2014: The 2004 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Speciale is a beauty. Comprised of 100% Grenache and aged 24 months (on lees) in used barrels, it offers a gorgeous bouquet of sweet kirsch, underbrush, crushed flowers and red licorice that's followed by a full-bodied, sweetly fruited and textured profile on the palate. Showing more and more spice with air, it's an impressive 2004 that will continue to shine for another 4-5 years, possibly longer.

Chateauneuf du Pape, Clos St Jean 2008

90 Points Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate (214), August 2014:

A wine I've had numerous times, the 2008 Chateauneuf du Pape has a Burgundian feel in its black cherry, forest floor, pepper and underbrush-like aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied, elegant and seamless, it's a delicious, certainly outstanding wine to drink over the coming 3-5 years. Put this in a blind tasting with top-notch Burgundies and shock your friends. Cotes du Ventoux Artemia, Chateau Pesquie 2010

品種: 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah

93 Points Wine Advocate 2014:

The top cuvee from one of the benchmark estates in the Ventoux, the 2010 Cotes du Ventoux Artemia is a blend of equal parts Grenache and Syrah, with the Grenache coming from 80+-year-old vines and the Syrah from 50+-year-old vines. Aged 18 months in barrel, it offers a deep, rich and layered profile of blackberry, licorice, underbrush and ground herbs. Showing more chocolaty nuances with air, it's a serious, medium to full-bodied wine that has beautiful balance, a great mid-palate and fantastic length. Give it another year or two, and enjoy it over the following decade.

Crozes Hermitage Domaine de Thalabert, Paul Jaboulet Ainé 2010

Robert Parker 93 pts:
The 2010 Crozes-Hermitage Domaine de Thalabert, which I raved about last year, is slightly better than their brilliant 2009. It boasts a dense purple color along with a beautiful perfume of camphor, licorice, forest floor, black currants and Christmas fruitcake. With tremendous intensity, full body and supple tannins, it should drink well for 10-15 years, perhaps longer where well-stored. This cuvee is always one of the best buys in the Northern Rhone.

Chateauneuf du Pape Domaine Charvin 2008

品種:85% Grenache, 5% Mourvedre, 5% Syrah and 5% Vaccarese.

評分: Wine Spectator 92 points (Feb 2011): This is on the red fruit side of the spectrum, with cherry, currant and pomegranate notes, but they're well-stitched, with nicely grippy tobacco, mineral and spice notes that add length on the finish. Well-knit for the vintage. Best from 2012 through 2020. Stephen Tanzer's International

Robert Parker 90 points (Oct 2010): The 2008 Chateauneuf du Pape is a sexy, medium to full-bodied effort with far more depth, richness and seductive powers than most Chateauneuf du Papes in this vintage. A classic blend of 85% Grenache and the rest equal parts Mourvedre, Syrah and Vaccarese has resulted in a deep plum/ruby-hued 2008 displaying loads of kirsch, pepper and licorice notes. The fruit is sweet, the tannins silky and the wine very seductive and evolved. Drink it over the next 7-8 years. One of the most intelligent young Chateauneuf du Pape turks is Laurent Charvin...I always find Charvin’s wines come closest to those of Chateau Rayas, although the Charvin cuvees are slightly more concentrated.

Domaine de la Mordoree Lirac Rouge Cuvee de la Reine des Bois 2009
產區: LIRAC, Rhone
品種: Syrah 45% , Mourvedre 30%, Grenache 25%

RP 92  (Oct 2011) : "Domaine de la Mordoree remains the reference point for how good Lirac can be. It is an appellation with tremendous potential, and a number of Chateauneuf du Pape estates are buying up vineyards in the appellation. The 2009 Lirac Cuvee de la Reine des Bois is another star from Christophe Delorme. Loads of kirsch, black currant and crushed rock notes along with a hint of spring flowers are all present in this dense purple, medium to full-bodied, delicious wine, which should drink nicely for 7-8 years."

WS 91 (Jun 2011): "Ripe but very pure, exhibiting a beautiful mix of damson plum, linzer torte and blackberry fruit all laced with alluring notes of black tea and iron. This is supple on the finish, but with latent length. Should be a good, short-term ager. Seems less reliant on flashy toast than previous vintages. Drink now through 2012."

full red, magenta and black traces. Supple but full red berry aroma, chocolate in behind, hence depth. Measured, reserved fruit that is entering a dumb moment on the palate. The elements suggest it is balanced, and this cohesion will serve it well. The clean fruit prolongs correctly, the tannins are well set, lend extra chewiness. Interesting wine in the making, can be varied. From spring 2010. 2018-19

From Winery : This strong, warm wine comes from a selection of grapes on exceptio- nal land. In fact our vineyards in Gigondas are situated on the arid hills of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The Mistral blows regularly on these slopes which limits the amount of treatment needed to the vines. The vines grow in stony fields, which is rare, and produce wine that can be kept easily for 10 yrs.

Aromas of pepper, red fruits, are intense and persistent; very interes- ting to discover young. Its robe is steady, stable, the tannins silky, some say feminine compared to the more rustic Vacqueyras. Strong dishes such as deer and wild boar can subdue this prestigious wine. If perchance this wine is not finished with game, it remains incomparable with Reblochon, St Nectaire, and other strong cheeses.

Domine du Cayron Gigondas 2006

93 Points, International Wine Cellar

"Deep red. An impressively complex bouquet offers aromas of raspberry, cherry, apricot, nutmeg and potpourri, with a gentle smoky note adding interest. Supple, seamless red and dark berry flavors stain the palate, with tangy minerality providing bite. The apricot note echoes through the long, spicy finish. A very intriguing wine. "

Winemaker's Notes

Expressing fresh herbs, this wine smells of basil, sage and peppermint, which give it an unusual but captivating perfume. Wild at first, it has a remarkable finesse. Far from the wines of competitions, this is a beautiful model of 2006 Gigondas, firm and capable of aging, but drinkable now.

Gigondas Vieilles Vignes Tardieu-Laurent 2005
產區:Gigondas, Southern Rhone
品種:80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre (60 to 70 yrs Vins)

評分: Wine Advocate 93 points, Jeb Dunnuck - 01/02/2015: Michel Tardieu’s 2005 Gigondas Vieilles Vignes is a smoking blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre, that comes from three lieux-dits; Les Dentelles, Les Garrigues and Le Cayron, all of which have clay and limestone soils. Partially destemmed and aged 24 months in new and once used barrels, it offers gorgeous notes of sweet currants, ground herbs, olive tapenade and hints of cured meats. Beautifully ripe, with lots of texture and integrated acidity, it has ripe, chewy tannin and is still youthful and vibrant. Enjoy it anytime over the coming decade.

Wine Spectator 92 points, James Molesworth - 31/12/2007: Ultramodern, with very suave mocha- and spice-filled toast leading the way for lush raspberry, boysenberry, licorice and graphite notes. The long finish lets the minerality blaze while still pumping out the fruit in spades. Drink now through 2013.

Vacqueyras Cuvee de L'Hostellerie, Domaine La Garrigue 2010

Age of vines: 40-60 years. Aging: 18 months in concrete tank.

品種:75% Grenache, 25% Syrah

91 Points Wine Advocate: Traditionally brought up with no concessions to modern winemaking, although it exhibits a touch of vanillin, indicating that some of the Syrah may have been aged in new oak, it is a youthful black/purple-colored wine with elegance, dense, full-bodied power, blackberry, cassis, kirsch and loamy soil notes intermixed with lavender and spice box. This superb, beautifully textured, pure, slightly structured Vacqueyras will benefit from 1-2 years of cellaring, and keep for 10-12 years.

Saturated ruby. Exotic floral aromas of black raspberry and cherry, with a note of pungent herbs in the background. Stains the palate with intense dark berry and floral pastille flavors enlivened by juicy acidity. The floral quality carries through the long, seamless finish, which shows impressive intensity and focus. -Vinous
