Macon-Pierreclos 1er Jus de Chavigne是馬貢2015年份極好的成就之一!散發著烤堅果、黃油果子、柑橘類水果的香氣。入口酒體飽滿,濃郁而奔放,非常純粹乾淨,酸度非常好,收尾也很長。

這款Premier Jus de Chavigne的釀酒葡萄來自Chavigne葡萄園。 Chavigne葡萄園可以說是Guffens酒莊的代名詞,Chavigne葡萄園位於Macon-Pierreclos產區的一片非常陡峭的斜坡上,這裡的土壤擁有豐富的棕色粘土,也有很多“pierrailles”小石頭,Guffens在這裡擁有3.3公頃的土地。

萄酒大師Jasper Morris MW曾經寫到過:“Pierreclos產區位於Mâconnais和Beaujolais之間的十字路口......這裡有很多紅葡萄酒,以及來自Domaine Guffens-Heynen的特色白葡萄酒。”

另外,因為酒莊有好幾款酒的葡萄都是來自Chavigne葡萄園,所以酒莊在酒款名字中Chavigne葡萄園的前面加上了Premier Jus、Tri等代表不同工藝的名詞加以區分。 “Premier Jus”在法語中是“第一道果汁”的意思,由此得知,這款是使用“自流汁”釀造的一款Chardonnay!(一般來說,白葡萄酒由於沒有帶皮發酵的過程,在發酵之後獲得葡萄汁都是自流汁,自流汁說的是依靠重力作用從發酵容器底部自行流出的葡萄汁,也叫自流酒)


《葡萄酒評論》(La Revue du Vin de France,簡稱RVF)曾走訪了布根地50 多家釀造Chardonnay 葡萄酒的著名酒莊,並排出了前10強榜單,Guffens-Heynen是本榜單中唯一一個來自Macon產區的酒莊!這個榜單裡都係鼎級酒莊,我們今次幸運攞到這款Chardonnay的2015年份,大家不要錯過!

The 2015 Mâcon-Pierreclos 1er Jus de Chavigne is a superb achievement in this vintage, wafting from the glass with notes of toasted nuts, buttered orchard fruit and preserved citrus framed by subtle reduction. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, ample and generous, with great purity, incisive acidity and excellent concentration. I'm happy to have a case in my own cellar.

Bright medium yellow. Very reduced aromas of apple, ripe peach, hazelnut and spices. Wonderfully plush, silky and fine-grained, yet with a superb spine of lemony acidity running through the wine. Boasts terrific intensity and lift to its slightly salty flavors of peach, nectarine and spices. Finishes with a distinctly phenolic edge that will require some aging to harmonize with the wine's fruit. I underrated this wine a year ago. It boasts outstanding tactile solidity: cut me a slice of this! 2020 - 2028

今日介紹的一級園 Clos Des Ormes,是Morey St. Denis 一級園主力園之一,堅實而傑出,在特級園之路下方的眾多一級園之中,應該鮮有敵手,有著與一路之隔的特級園 Clos de la Roche相似的風土。有酒友稱之為“百花園”,因為如果這個園 釀得好就有如走進百花盛開的莊園,果香甜美花香四溢。

Louis Remy是Morey-Saint-Denis村歷史最悠久的酒莊之一。酒莊規模不是很大,僅擁有3.5公頃的田產,每年僅生產15000瓶酒,其中一半以上為特級園葡萄酒,這些葡萄酒遵循勃艮第傳統的釀造理念,不經過濾澄清,也不使用氣泵裝瓶,全手工裝瓶。酒莊葡萄酒風格內斂,細緻優雅,柔和絲滑,不過分強勁,卻具備極佳的陳年潛力。

This is built on its fruit yet it is not without its attractions."

Domaine Leflaive produces magnificent wines, the hallmark of which is loyalty to and typicity of individual terroir. The wines have personality and extraordinary purity – perfect ambassadors for the domaine's belief in biodynamic viticulture. At the heart of the biodynamic philosophy is the individual treatment of vines by plant-based compounds, according to a strict timetable, governed by the lunar cycle. Pesticides and chemicals have long been confined to the past under the late Anne-Claude stewardship, she started biodynamic experiments in the early nineties, and the practices were fully endorsed from 1997. The prime motivation initially was concern about the sustainability of the land but the rewards have extended far beyond the vineyards, which have thrived, to very obvious improvements in quality in the finished wines – a welcome and unexpected bonus.

The Rossignols are large land-owners in Gevrey enabling them to retain the fruit only from their oldest vines, the rest being sold anonymously. The result is a wine close to premier cru quality, fermented with 30% whole bunches and aged in 10% new oak.

An open nose of alluring black cherries, cream and flower petals gives way to a finely structured palate. The style is rich and deep, with succulent fruit nicely balanced by complex secondary aromas and flavours and an earthiness characteristic of this village. One of the best Gevrey Chambertin village level wines available, and as such this is great value.

A wonderfully fresh nose features notes of melon, straw, apple and a hint of wood toast. I like the punch and detail of the nicely textured flavors that possess a subtle but refreshing salinity on the smoky and balanced finale. This should reward a few years of cellaring if desired.

創立於 1825 年的 Faiveley 是勃根地 Nuits St Georges 的代表性酒商 Negocient,但更像是一家大型的獨立酒莊。Faiveley 本業是生產法國高鐵 TGV 車門的大型企業,這樣的酒廠在Burgundy 幾乎是獨一無二,以大企業的嚴謹管理,幾乎是不計成本來經營。Faiveley 擁有 120 公頃的葡萄園,主要集中在Cote de Nuits 夜丘,自有地monopole的比例高達 80%。

目前由第七代 Erwan Faiveley 經營,2004 年禮聘原 Bouchard Pere & Fils 釀酒總管 Bernard Hervet 加入,改變原來需要時間柔化的嚴肅印象,創造出不同以往的Faiveley全新風格,年輕時展現出細膩誘人姿態,亦可陳年很久。

今日介紹呢支係 Gevrey Chambertin村的一級田Monopole "Clos des Issarts" , 面積僅0.6 ,位處Grand Cru特級田 Ruchottes-Chambertin旁邊,葡萄酒大師 Jasper Morris MW 稱讚此田 : "the vineyard makes a delightfully fine-boned style of premier cru Gevrey". 質量拍得住特級田。因為面積幾乎是此村最細的一塊,年產只有幾千支。

There is an appealing freshness to the cherry, raspberry, truffle and earth-infused nose that even has an interesting if odd hint of citrus peel to it. There is excellent richness and volume to the punchy middle weight flavors that display fine depth and length on the mineral-laden finish. This is first rate and one of the better young examples of this wine that I have had.

This vineyard holding sits directly above Grand cru Clos de Tart quite high on the slope bordering Bonnes Mares on the southern Chambolle-Musigny border and Clos des Lambrays on the northern border. The resulting wine shows remarkable energy and dimension. A stunning village wine. “(30% whole cluster). Here there is a menthol note sitting atop the slightly riper yet cool aromas of cassis, violet and plum. The palate impression of the medium-bodied flavors isn’t quite as concentrated but it is finer with really lovely delineation to the mineral -inflected, balanced and lingering finish. Recommended. 

About Lignier Michelot:

The Lignier family have deep roots in the village of Morey Saint Denis and own some of the very best vineyard sites in this village, and also in the 2 neighbouring villages Chambolle Musigny and Gevrey Chambertin. Virgile’s father and grand-father had always produced wine and sold it to negotiants until Virgile started working with his father in the early 1990’s and he decided to sell the wines himself. Now with almost 20 vintages of experience Virgile has moved the domaine to fully organic viticulture and is producing what many believe to be the best wines of this prestigious village. 

In the last few vintages Virgile has modified his winemaking using whole-bunch vinification ranging from 30-100% depending on the vintage and the vineyard and he has also reduced the percentage of new oak for maturation with most wines seeing around 30% making its effect seamless in the final wines. He has also just completed a new winery that now enables him to work with temperature control and to gain a very gentle extraction of tannins for all his wines. This results in wines showing great energy with remarkable perfume and also beautiful fine tannins and very silky structure. They are wines which are often very seductive at a young age which also clearly have the potential for ageing superbly. This very young domaine is now regarded a mong the very best in the Cotes de Nuits.
